Weddings

At YOURWeddings we take care of  every Wedding requirement. The Venue, all legalities, the Ceremony, Catering, Entertainment, Floral Arrangements, Photographer, Videographer etc. We also arrange all Flights, Accommodation, Transport & Transfers, additional Tours & Activities etc. for both the you & your guests.

After you take the first step with YOURWeddings - by completing a small questionnaire, YOURWeddings will offer the bride & groom to be an option that  fulfills as many requirements as possible that fits within your budget.  Once you are happy with an option an agreement is signed, a deposit is paid & YOURWeddings become your official personal Wedding Planners and Coordinators. Our role, as your Wedding Planner, is to make your Wedding, and the lead up to it, one of the most special times in your lives –your role is to enjoy the anticipation of your special day.

As part of that process, we will make contact with all potential guests. Our company will make an  introduction & explain our role as your Wedding Planner.  Your planner will request that all queries are directed to us to allow the Wedding couple a stress free  experience.  We will provide your guests with a package for flights,  accommodation & transfers to  present an indication of an all up cost. We can also provide a quote for additional requirements, such as tours, side trips & family/friends gatherings.
